Context: Coronaviruses are the largest RNA viruses associated with some ocular manifestations. There various contradictory reports about manifestations of coronaviruses in humans. Different tissues can affect coronavirus-associated infectious diseases. Evidence Acquisition: All manuscripts were collected from PubMed, Google Scholar, and other relevant databases. searches done by specific keywords, including "coronavirus," "ocular disease," "eye." Results:: effects involved The ductal connection between upper respiratory tract eye mucosa through nasolacrimal duct be an entrance to viruses, such as coronaviruses. coronavirus infect retina, conjunctiva, cornea, uvea eye. primary SARS-CoV-2 receptor, ACE2, is mainly expressed posterior eye, retina RPE. Feline CoV, SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV, bronchitis virus (IBV) responsible for conjunctiva involvement coronavirus-related pathogenesis. Also, studies held on COVID-19 impact diagnosis medical complications.
